About Me

Hello. Welcome. Nice to see you here.

My name is Kattis Lundgren and I was born in March 1982. I live on a farm in Sweden along with my life-partner since 2002, my oldest niece born in 2001, a Belgian Shepherd Tervueren, three cats and seven sheep.

I live in ”Norrland”, which is the northernmost, largest, least populated and least densely populated of the three traditional lands of Sweden, consisting of nine provinces. Except for the coastal areas, Norrland is sparsely populated. Approximately 12 percent of Sweden’s population lives in Norrland. The village we live in is called Idbyn, located in The High Coast (Swedish: Höga kusten), which is a part of the coast of Sweden on the Gulf of Bothnia. This place is notable as a type area for research on post-glacial rebound and eustacy, in which the land rises as the weight of the glaciers melts off of it. Nature and the scenery in the North of Sweden are nothing less than breathtaking. We also spend time in the mountains near the border of Norway in the winter, in a place called Grönfjäll. We own a cabin there along with another family.

I’ve always loved drawing, photography, books, writing and music, and animals of various sorts have always lived in my home. Soulmates doesn’t necessarily walk on two legs…
